Threediots is an American television series which was created by Kate Duffy and produced by Consolidated Baily, Inc. for Nintendo Video of the Nintendo 3DS on its Cocktail Hour block. The series is about the Edwardsons named Burke Edwardson and Lola Edwardson who encounter many adventures in the Somerville. It was officially premiered on June 6.
Feeling confined to gross and edgy work, creator Kate Duffy decided to create a live-action show. Duffy spent months designing the show before trying to sell it to CollegeHumor and the Consolidated Baily, Inc.. Both studios reacted enthusiastically and wanted to see more but demanded creative control, which Duffy refused. The Consolidated Baily, Inc. commissioned the show after they agreed to let Duffy go in her own direction.
